I have tried codes for all of the versions of GT2 in the code list for PEC and codes from other versions generally cause artifacts or the game to not load at all. Launching ePSXe and letting my game load completely, then + to choose my cheats.

I have tried launching PEC first, choosing my game, sending cheats, then launching ePSXe. When checking Config in ePSXe, psx emulation cheater 2.5 is listed as the current video plug in. I have tried running both of the the programs as Admin. I have tried running both in compatibility mode, both programs on the same setting, using all possible combinations. I have installed both programs to my preferred location. I have installed both programs to their default locations. The game launches correctly and is playable, however no codes work. In ePSXe I choose to either Run CDROM or Run ISO. After placing a check in the boxes for the cheats, I click 'Send cheats to plugin' and launch ePSXe 1.7.0. I am keeping it simple and using 'Ton of cash' and 'Stop race timer'. It correctly identifies the disk in the drive and I choose my options. In PEC I use the 'Jump to.' feature and click on my drive. After placing the disk in the tray, or mounting the ISO, I launch PEC. I have both my retail copy and an ISO I created myself. I cannot seem to get any codes for my copy of GT2 to function. On my tablet this is way easier lol but now I'm on my desktop computer. I have two options ePSXE GPU plugin on Petes plugin (can't remember the exact name). Well it just keeps saying sending, the next step according to the instructions is to go to the emulator and select PEC from the plugins>video> path. I manually entered in the codes I wanted to the user database because my game wasn't even on the list. I put it in the plugin folder like the instructions suggested. I was researching and found that I needed to use PEC. Well I watched a youtube tutorial and got it working. I downloaded ePSXE 2.0.5 and at first I couldn't get it to work it said some things were missing and invalid. So here's my issue, I was using ePSXE 1.7.0 until last night and I found there was a new one to download. I will do my best to follow protocol but I'm new to this forum.
